How do I get started?

To begin, book your free 10-minute consultation through the homepage or service pages. Before purchasing a package, you’ll need to:
1. Book the free consult
2. Sign the Service Agreement
3. Complete the Intake Form
4. Then purchase your selected package and book your first session

How are sessions delivered?

All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom. A link will be sent to your email after your first booking is confirmed.

Can I purchase a package without a consult?

No. All new clients must complete a free 10-minute consultation before purchasing a coaching package. This ensures the service is the right fit for your needs.

What’s the difference between the 5-session and 10-session packages?

Do you offer payment plans?

Currently, payment is required in full at the time of booking. If you want to pay per session, feel free to mention it during your 10 minute complimentary consultation, and we’ll explore options.

How do I make a payment or book an appointment?

You'll be guided through a 4-step journey—starting with your complimentary consultation and ending with submitting your intake form. How long is each coaching session?

Each session is 1 hour long, offering you time to dive deep into your goals, challenges, and personalized strategy.

What happens after I click “Book Now”?

Once you select and pay for your coaching package, you’ll be prompted to choose a date and time.
 👉 The date you select at checkout will be the first session of your package, so please choose a time that works best for you. You’ll receive a confirmation email with Zoom details once your booking is complete.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my package after purchasing?

All purchases are final. There are no cancellations and no refunds once a package is purchased. Please make sure you’re ready to commit before booking.

What if I need to change the date of a session?
