Early Career Professionals
Strategic Coaching for Women Building Bold Careers
Are you ambitious, educated, and ready to grow, but unsure how to turn your passion into a purpose-driven career? That’s where Nada Johnson comes in.
As a Certified Career Strategist, Nada helps early career professionals create purpose-driven plans that align with their values and build the confidence they need to thrive in competitive fields.
Why Work With Nada?
Nada created Potential Unlocked™ after years of hearing from therapy clients who felt stuck in their careers but didn’t know where to turn. As a therapist, she couldn’t provide direct career advice—but she knew how deeply career confusion was affecting her clients’ confidence, income, and mental health.
This practice was born to fill that gap.
With a mix of bold strategy and compassionate support, Nada helps early career women move from uncertainty to clarity—without losing their values or identity along the way.
“This isn’t therapy. This is strategic support that helps you protect your time, energy, and talent—while building the career you actually want.”
- Nada Johnson
