I created Potential Unlocked™ after years of sitting across from women in therapy who were tired of feeling stuck in their careers, unsafe in their workplaces, or defeated by the pressure to figure it all out alone.

They weren’t lacking motivation. They were lacking strategy, clarity, and real support.

As a therapist, I could listen, but I couldn’t offer direct career guidance. So I built this coaching space to fill that gap. Because women deserve more than validation. They deserve direction. They deserve tools. They deserve to unlock their full potential, without burning out, settling, or shrinking themselves to fit into systems that were never designed with them in mind.
